Weekly or every two weeks. Clean edges along the walk and the drive, and the clippings blown off the concrete before we leave.

Overgrown, storm-hit, or just neglected for a season. We cut it back, bag it, and haul it off in the same visit.

Bushes & shrubs
Shaped, not scalped. Twice a year keeps hollies and boxwoods off the windows and out of the walkway.

Beds & mulch
Weeds pulled by hand, edges cut in clean, fresh mulch laid. It is the cheapest thing you can do to make a house look cared for.

Gutter cleaning
Cleared, flushed, and checked for sag. Worth doing before the fall rain, not after your fascia rots.

Hung in November, taken down in January, stored if you want. You never touch a ladder. Books up fast — ask in October.
